NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-000908-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-4 is Plaintiff and MELISSA FRERIKS A/K/A MELISSA A. DIEZ; et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82, GEORGETOWN EAST, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGES 22, 23, 24 AND 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 500 Haverhill Lane, Safety Harbor, FL 34695
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
