NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001643-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2006 MASTR ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-NC3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC3, is Plaintiff and EDWIN SIENIARECKI, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 24th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 10994 AT PAGE 2602 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 25, BLOCK 11, WOODVALLEY UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. Property Address: 1224 Melonwood Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33759
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
