NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-006134-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and ANGELA MCLEISH; et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 24th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8 AND THE WEST 12.5 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 10, YOUNG'S SUBDIVISION DELUXE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 75, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1114 Lemon Street East, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
