Larkins, Belinda Faye Blunt Jones, Betty Joyce Blunt, Clayton Wendell Oates, Sr., Dagmar Ledora Blunt, Danika Nicole Blunt, Derrick Eugene Blunt, Johnie Blunt, Leatha Geretta Blunt Williams, Marian Loretta Major Hunter, Marques Bernard Blunt, Jr., Ophelia Blunt, Sherrill A Victoria Blunt Conner, Steno Grace Blunt, The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other Parties Claiming an interest by, through, under or against The Estate of Odell George Blunt, Sr. a/k/a Odell Blunt, Deceased, United States of America on Behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Asignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and All Parties Claiming an Interest By, Through, Under or Against the Estate of Leatha Spikes, Deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 1st of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
