EBIN, PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF COURT, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 23, 2015, in Case No.: 52-2014-CA-004783 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and KATHERINE L. KEITH, et al. are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Pinellas County:
From the Northeast corner of Tract “A”, Orange Hill Homes-First Addition, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 32, pages 59 and 60, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, run South 0 deg. 49'41” West 100 feet for a P.O.B.; thence continue South 0 deg. 49'41” West 55 feet; thence South 76 deg. 04'16” West 84.09 feet; thence by a curve to the left, radius 40 feet; arc 53.15 feet, chord North 51 deg. 52'15” West 49.33 feet; thence South 89 deg. 56'15” East 20.53 feet; thence North 0 deg. 49'41” East 45 feet; thence South 89 deg. 56'15” East 100 feet to P.O.B.
The above property will be sold on December 7, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
