NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on December 17, 2015, that certain real property situated in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 11, Block 51, PALM HARBOR ESTATES, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 43, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
