YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of this action against you by the Plaintiff herein seeking to foreclose a security agreement on Alcoholic Beverage License Number 62-08383, a 4COP quota license, which is issued for use in Pinellas County, Florida.
YOU ARE required to serve written Defenses to the Amended Complaint on Plaintiff's attorney, Maggie M. Schultz, whose address is Rutledge Ecenia, P.A., Post Office 551, Tallahassee, Florida 32302-0551, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the written defenses with the Clerk of this Court. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
