NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 09, 2015, and entered in 13-005291-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-SD3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES2005-SD3 is the Plaintiff and CITY OF TARPON SPRINGS; MELISSA N. SUSSMAN A/K/A MELISSA HALLMAN SUSSMAN A/K/A MELISSA H. SUSSMAN; PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA N. SUSSMAN A/K/A MELISSA HALLMAN SUSSMAN A/K/A MELISSA H. SUSSMAN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 30, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, LESS THE WEST 26.67 FEET THEREOF, AND THE WEST 33.33 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK 8, RIVO ALTO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 2 AND 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
