AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and DENNIS DONOVAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENNIS DONOVAN N/K/A ANNE DONOVAN; PETER BAZZINI; DORIS BAZZINI; CACH, LLC; CITY OF ST.
