TRUST 2006-NC4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC4 is the Plaintiff and MAYBELLE WASHINGTON A/K/A MAYBELLE WASHINGTON TYLER A/K/A MAYBELL WASHINGTON TYLER A/K/A MAYBELL WASHINGTON A/K/A MAYBELL TYLER; REUBEN TYLER A/K/A RUEBEN R.
