MARK WILLIAMS, SHAWUANA WILLIAMS and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 1507, Building 15, VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 14909, Page 1961, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 200 Country Club Drive, #1507, Largo, Florida 33771.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before Dec. 7, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
