NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 16 October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-010317-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which UMB Bank National Association not in its individual capacity, but solely as Legal Title Trustee for Mart Legal Title Trust 2015-NPL1, is the Plaintiff and Del Prado Imperial Association, Inc., Jodi L Edwards, Nicholas Edwards, Pinellas County, Florida, Pinellas County, Florida, Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
