Wallace, an incapacitated adult in the care of his Successor Limited Guardian of the Person and Property, Elizabeth A. Lurie, a/k/a Elizabeth Anne Lurie, as an Heir of the Estate of Betty J. Wallace, deceased, Pinellas County, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Robert Joseph Wendt also known as Robert J. Wendt, as an Heir of the Estate of Betty J. Wallace, deceased, State of Florida, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Tanya E. Wendt also known as Tanya E. Martin,Tenant # 1 n/k/a Sharon Hopkins, Tenant # 2 n/k/a Roy Pitcock, Universal American Mortgage Company, LLC, sucessor by merger to U.S. Home Mortgage Corporation, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
