NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2015, entered in Case No. 08-019929-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of the MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and Nicklaus W. Ball; Unknown Spouse of Nicklaus W. Ball; Boca Sands Condominium Association, Inc.; Synovus Bank FKA Synovus Bank of Tampa Bay; JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT D406, BUILDING SOUTH, BOCA SANDS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 141, PAGE 39, ET SEQ., AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15033, PAGE 2299, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS AFFECTED BY AFFIDAVIT OF SCRIVENER'S ERROR RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15038, PAGE 2070, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
