NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-004014-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE SPARKS A/K/A CATHERINE M.SPARKS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; HARRY L. SPARKS A/K/A HARRY LEE SPARKS; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 30th day of November, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 104 FEET OF THE SOUTH 521.4 FEET OF THE WEST 296 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST, SUBJECT TO RIGHT OF WAY FOR COUNTY ROAD NO. 539 (DENNIS AVE.) OVER THE WEST 30 FEET, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
