NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-012338-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CARMEN M. BYNUM A/K/A CARMEN BYNUM; PIERRE D. BYNUM, JR., AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE PIERRE D. BYNUM AND EVELYN B. BYNUM FAMILY TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 30, 2000; PIERRE D. BYNUM, JR.; PIERRE D. BYNUM, JR. AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PIERRE D. BYNUM A/K/A PIERRE DALLAS BYNUM A/K/A PIERRE D. BYNUM, SR. A/K/A PIERRE BYNUM; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE PIERRE D. BYNUM AND EVELYN B. BYNUM FAMILY TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 30, 2000; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PIERRE D. BYNUM, JR.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PIERRE D. BYNUM A/K/A PIERRE DALLAS BYNUM A/K/A PIERRE D. BYNUM, SR. A/K/A PIERRE BYNUM; AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of December, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 145, MEADOW WOODS - VILLAGE 7 - PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 60 AND 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
