Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 03, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on December 01, 2015 beginning at 10:00 AM.
