NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013CA-005110-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, Plaintiff and DAVID L. SINNETT are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on December 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
TRACT 279: THE EAST 80 FEET OF THE WEST 1537.5 FEET OF THE NORTH 115 FEET OF THE SOUTH 395 FEET OF THE WEST 3/4 OF THE S1/2 OF THE N1/2 OF THE SW1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
