NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 05, 2015, and entered in 2015CA-002414-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and EDDIE VASQUEZ; ADRIANA ANDRADE are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 04, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 178, RUN THENCE EAST 300 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE 200 FEET EAST, THENCE RUN SOUTH TO A POINT ON THE CENTERLINE OF SECOND TERRACE WEST AS THE SAME IS DELINEATED IN INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1297, PAGE 504; THENCE 200 FEET WEST ALONG SAID CENTERLINE TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH TO A POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS AND EXCEPT ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR SECOND TERRACE WEST, WAHNETA FARMS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 82 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH MODEL YEAR 2005, MAKE/MODEL FLEETWOOD/BEACON HILL MODEL 3443-B, VIN#FLFL470A31294-BH21 AND VIN #FLFL470B31294-BH21
