NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 19, 2015 in Civil Case No. 53-2014-CA-003885 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DELTA FUNDING CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2000-2 is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JAMES EDGAR, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF OLAS WILLIAMS, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., JAMES EDGAR, OLAS WILLIAMS, RUTHLYN A. EDGAR, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA , THELMA JELLEY, BYRON WILLIAMS, ISTON S. WILLIAMS, JR., DELTA FUNDING CORPORATION, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BYRON WILLIAMS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ISTON S. WILLIAMS, JR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUTHLYN A. EDGAR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THELMA JELLEY, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against James Edgar, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of December, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The North 5 feet of Lot 18 and all of Lots 19, 20 and 21, in Block A, of HIGHLAND PARK, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 4, of the public records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
