NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2015 entered in Case No. 2015CA-002110-0000-00 in the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein SANDY RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC, a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and MARISOL GONZALEZ, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. on December 14, 2015. www.polk.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 255, SANDY RIDGE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 136, PAGES 21-22, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
