NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12 October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA-000860 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2005-AC7, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-AC7, is the Plaintiff and Beverly Taylor, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Steven Taylor, Tuscan Ridge Master Homeowners Association, Inc, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 11th of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
