STARTING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER A DISTANCE OF 475 FEET, THENCE WEST PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER OF NORTHWEST QUARTER A DISTANCE OF 160 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE WEST PARALLEL TO SAID NORTH BOUNDARY A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET, THENCE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL TO SAID EAST BOUNDARY A DISTANCE OF 122.2 FEET, THENCE EAST PARALLEL TO SAID NORTH BOUNDARY A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET, THENCE NORTHERLY PARALLEL TO SAID EAST BOUNDARY A DISTANCE OF 122.2 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
