Geyer, Mark L. Geyer aka Mark Geyer, Polk County, Florida, Unknown Tenants n/k/a Gerald Smith, Unknown Tenants n/k/a Laytonya Smith, Whisper Lake Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 11th of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
