Young also known as Ryan Young, Towne Park Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 11th of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
