ROSEMARY THORNTON (deceased), DEREK PARIS and LOUIS PARIS, known heirs, and ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ROSEMARY THORNTON,

in regards to the following described property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Unit 127 and 1/392 interest in the common elements of the HOLIDAY TRAVEL PARK OF ENGLEWOOD, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 701, Pages 1615 through 1647, inclusive, as amended, and in Condominium Book 4, Page 37, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Lien Foreclosure action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to: SHARON S. VANDER WULP, ESQUIRE, the Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is: 712 Shamrock Blvd., Venice, FL 34293, on or before 12/15, 2015, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, as listed below, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
