NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11/3/15, and entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-002118 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Walder Da Costa Jr a/k/a Walder Costa , Rotonda Heights Conservation Association, Inc., Stonegate Bank, successor in interest to Florida Shores Bank- Southwest, The Condominiums at Waterside Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
