NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41-2014-CA-006673 in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, Liberty Savings Bank, FSB, Plaintiff, and, LAWRENCE BIRDSALL, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 1ST Day of December,2015, the following described property:
LOT 65, ANCIENT OAKS UNITS 2 AND 3, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 144 THROUGH 161, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
