NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August, 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA006201 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE GSAMP TRUST 2002-NC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2002-NC1, is Plaintiff and RICHARD H. KINGAN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 11th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Tract 51, Section 26, Township 35 South, Range 20 East, Pomello Park, according to the Map or Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 61, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
