NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA- 005333 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTAGELOAN TRUST 2004-5AR, MORTGAGE PASS THOUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-5AR, is Plaintiff and DARRIN WORKMAN, et al., are Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 11th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF MANATEE, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 20, BLOCK D, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 5, 6 AND 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
