NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of August 2015, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 2013 CA 000759 (AX), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on January 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 52, BRIARWOOD, UNITS 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
