NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 14-CA-052193, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and MARIANNE E. SAYERS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL; VILLAGE ON GOLDEN POND AT BRECKENRIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRECKENRIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash via Online Sale at 9:00 a.m. on the 4 day of March, 2016 Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT NO. 42, OF VILLAGE ON GOLDEN POND II AT BRECKENRIDGE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
