Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 08-CA-013332, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NICK BOMESTAR, et al., are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 44, 45, AND 46, BLOCK 2550, UNIT 37, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 15 THROUGH 29, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 9 day of December, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
