Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 7 day of December, 2015 Beginning 09:00 Am at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 3, Block 316, Unit 54, Greenbriar, Section 6, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 77, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
