NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-CA-050704 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and REBECCA BETH MILLER A/K/A REBECCA B. MILLER F/K/A REBECCA B. MERRIAM; EDGAR BURTON MERRIAM A/K/A EDGAR B. MERRIAM; TAMMY LYNN MILLER A/K/A TAMMY L. MILLER F/K/A TAMMY LYNN MERRIAM; THE ESTATE OF PAULINE A. LOT 2, BLOCK 33, AMBERWOOD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 22 THRU 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
