RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 20, 2015 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053278 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and EDWIN SHEVLIN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 18, OF GALT ISLAND SHORES UNIT ONE, ACCORDIN TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 110-111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
