F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. , is the Plaintiff and RIVER'S EDGE 3 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ; ROBERT J GLEISLE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; GULF HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 28, RIVER'S EDGE 3, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 48 THROUGH 53 AND THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1783, PAGE 3709, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
