NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 26, 2015, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 2012-CA-000396-NC, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on January 19, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 10-201, PHASE 10, PARKRIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2004046838, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 Days after the sale.
