NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-009487 NC in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2005-05N TRUST FUND, Plaintiff, and, KATALIN KOZMA, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at the hour of 09:00AM, on the 2nd day of December, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 11, BLOCK 2, SEMINOLE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
