NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2015, and entered in 58-2014-CA-002997NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIAITON, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-A is the Plaintiff and LUCY M. HERCZEG A/K/A LUCY HERCZEG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCY M. HERCZEG A/K/A LUCY HERCZEG; NOKOMIS EAST ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, WATERFRONT ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
