NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2015, and entered in 2014 CA 000885 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ARDIS SMITH AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ROSE MARIE MITCHELL; ARDIS LOUISE SMITH; JOYCE JELKS; JACQUELINE MAYES BYRON MITCHELL; KENNETH MITCHELL; VICTOR MITCHELL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROSE MARIE MITCHELL, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17 AND E 1/2 OF LOT 18, BLOCK G, REVISED PLAT OF VALENCIA TERRACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 45 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
