NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-000660-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and INGRID E. COMISKEY, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
