NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 22 October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-005874WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank, is the Plaintiff and Janine Welgoss, Michael Welgoss, The Unknown Spouse of Janine Welgoss, The Unknown Spouse of Michael Welgoss, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 10th of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
