NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000899-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Albert J. Daigle; Joyce A. Daigle; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; CitiMortgage, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 89, SEA PINES SUBDIVISION, UNIT SIX, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 122, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
