NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-010866-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and ALICIA EVANS A/K/A ALICIA DION EVANS; COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 2114, OF COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4913, AT PAGE 1436-1502, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
