NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 9, 2015 , and entered in Case No. 14-008693-CI-15 UCN: 522014CA008693XXCICI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A. is Plaintiff and EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE ASSOCIATION; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION D/B/A GTE FINANCIAL; MELODY GRENELLE A/K/A MELODY F. GRENELLE; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com,10:00 a.m. on the 30th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM UNIT COMPOSED OF 34, BUILDING 2 AND THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO, COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARTION OF CONDOMINIUM OF EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5039, PAGES 58-126 INCLUSIVE, AND RE-RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5043, PAGES 182-250 INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 81-85, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
