NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated - October 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005950CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and LAURA SCHULDT, ET. AL., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of December 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4 of COLONIAL VILLAGE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 47. Of the Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.
Property Address: 369 Milwaukee Ave., Dunedin, FL 34698
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
