NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-002654-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST, is Plaintiff and ROBERT BRYANT, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 9, VIRGINIA GROVE ESTATES 1ST ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Pages 41 through 43, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2729 Navel Dr., Clearwater, FL 33759
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
