NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-001091-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JUDITH A. MOORE A/K/A JUDITH ANN MOORE A/K/A JUDY A. MOORE, DECEASED; MICHAEL G. MOORE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL G. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 15 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 18, Block C, Meteor Plaza 1st Addition, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page(s) 61, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
