NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-003917-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-18 is the Plaintiff and Gary A Adkinson; Maria Gloria Adkinson aka Maria G. Adkinson; Maria Gloria Adkinson as Trustee of the Ajax Trust dated May 3, 1991; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, ROYAL PALM PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
